Working from home or remotley is the current norm due to Coronavirus precautions. But that transition may be difficult for some. Making a daily routine just as you wer goiong to the office may do the trick.  Start each morning like you’re going to the office. That includes showering, shaving, and wearing your professional clothes. It’s good for you. Just having a simple routine can also provide some solid health benefits. According to mental health experts, routines offer a way to promote health and wellness through structure and organization. The psychological benefits of showering and getting ready for work (even if that work takes place in your home office) can play into how you conduct yourself in virtual meetings and throughout the day.
