Well, research shows there is an easy way to get rid of Monday morning brain fog: Stanford researchers say that briskly walking back and forth in front of your desk for just 60 seconds doubles your concentration for up to an hour. On a personal note I think getting up to take a brief walk whenever possible keeps thebrain freash during the work day.
